Dixie Graphix makes every attempt at producing and supplying quality merchandise.
We can not be responsible for variations in colors or materials that are beyond our control (such as dye lots from t-shirt manufacturers).
100% cotton t-shirts will be used unless otherwise noted.
Lock & Lock container measurements are taken across the widest outside points and are taken directly from Heritage Mint and manufacturer specs.
We ship with the US Postal Service. Shipping is always kept at a fair price, often times our charge to you is less than our actual cost to ship.
We regret that shipping has increased.
If you ever feel that a larger order may be able to be shipped cheaper or differently... contact me through email and we will check rates against weight to see if we can save you money.
Shipments are insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipping. In case of loss or damage dixiegraphix will make the appropriate claims with USPS.
Your shipping fee reflected in your cart at checkout time will now (after 9/8/07) reflect a $2 handling fee which is actually insurance. The insurance added to postage rates through USPS is still the cheapest option (in comparison to FedEx or UPS) in most cases.
If you require additional services with your shipping...such as Overnight delivery etc please contact us before checkout. We will supply you with a special PayPal invoice for the correct amounts.
**In most cases...
your items will ship out in 3 - 5 business days but please allow 15 days. This is especially true of painted goods and custom print orders for tee shirts etc. and in the event an item is backordered from the manufacturer or supplier... your order may be delayed. If you need something right away, please make sure of availability before checkout.
Check out is secure via PayPal.
We do NOT keep any customer payment info on file so there is never a risk of that information falling into the wrong hands at the fault of Dixie Graphix.

Names, numbers, advertisement wording etc should be
emailed to info@dixiegraphix.com
This should be done seperately from your online order
Make certain that all spelling and SPACING is correct!
We will produce what you send us.
